Participants complete a Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® personality inventory prior to attending the workshop and will receive a detailed report when they attend the workshop. Participants learn how to apply insights gained to real work situations through a variety of interactive activities, group discussion and personal reflection.
We provide coaching ranging from one-on-one through to small group coaching sessions. Participants will have the opportunity to set meaningful goals, develop an action plan and be supported to achieve their goals, ensuring a return on time invested.
